Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to support the treatment journey.
• Create compliant materials for REMS processes, patient onboarding, and reimbursement.
• Translate complex operational and reimbursement concepts into intuitive tools for stakeholders.
• Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure compliance and medical review.
• Collaborate with field teams to develop playbooks and resources for consistent execution.
• Support digital engagement strategies, integrating platforms such as hubs, CRM, and engagement tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience designing patient, provider, or customer-facing materials and workflows.
• Familiarity with navigating medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Understanding of patient journeys, access pathways, and healthcare delivery models.
• Must have existing employment rights in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
