What you will do

• Own the business area for Data and Outcomes, remaining accountable for portfolio performance and value realization.
• Define and drive the multi-year roadmap and enterprise investment strategy to maximize ROI and data impact.
• Establish portfolio-level north-star metrics and KPIs to ensure investments translate into measurable customer value.
• Lead the product strategy for Health Plan data, including claims, eligibility, provider, risk, quality, and utilization.
• Evangelize data product strategy and roadmap in customer meetings, executive briefings, and strategic sales conversations.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, providing coaching and mentorship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management with leadership in enterprise software and data products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive experience working with Health Plans and deep fluency in payer data models (eligibility, claims, HEDIS/STARS).
• Proven success in defining multi-year visions, establishing governance, and using prioritization frameworks.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in building and scaling product teams.
