What you will do
- Act as the primary field contact for channel sales teams, supporting pipeline strategy, customer meetings, and closing deals.
- Onboard and train partner sales reps to ensure fast ramp-up and confidence in product positioning and competitive insights.
- Build strong regional relationships and maintain brand presence through frequent visits to partner offices and local events.
- Identify and advance high-value opportunities while monitoring regional pipeline health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and partner teams to align execution and report field intelligence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of channel or distribution partner management experience with a track record of driving revenue.
- 3+ years of direct selling experience in high-activity environments.
- Experience working with recently commercialized products and the ability to adjust strategies in real-time.
- Strong understanding of channel sales models for combined SaaS and hardware solutions.
- Must be based in MA, CT, NY, NJ, or PA.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel (50–60%).
