What you will do
- Execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives and recruitment goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with large health systems and medical groups.
- Lead and mentor a team of outside sales representatives and field account managers.
- Drive exam room product utilization and manage churn reduction initiatives.
- Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, virtual meetings, and in-person outreach.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to track quarterly performance and territory achievements.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Boston, Massachusetts
- 4-6 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Professional demeanor suitable for presenting to doctors and hospital executives.
