What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI agent-based care management tools from discovery through launch.
• Partner with clinical leadership to identify workflows and opportunities for AI-driven support.
• Translate complex clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements and execution specifications.
• Design evaluation frameworks, success metrics, and feedback loops to measure AI performance and clinical impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build and iterate on AI/ML features in production.
• Analyze performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement of AI agent systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, care delivery, or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows or health plan operations.
• Experience working within regulatory constraints such as HIPAA or value-based care frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicaid programs.
• Experience with ECM, D-SNPs, or agentic AI systems in healthcare.
