Salary: $160K – $210K + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end consumer journey from discovery and education through onboarding and treatment.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to integrate AI into the core consumer experience.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative customer experience features.
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are central to the product.
• Shape short-to-long-term roadmaps to drive scalability while managing day-to-day improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consumer-oriented product roles, ideally with health, wellness, or 0-to-1 products.
• Fluency in AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systems.
• Strong strategic and tactical experience designing and executing scalable processes from scratch.
• Proven track record of shipping products that drive meaningful business impact.
