What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the Clinical Quality & Safety pod to improve RD workforce effectiveness and care delivery quality.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to identify workflow friction points and translate them into product improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Data to define and iterate on AI-assisted clinical tools.
• Define and track quality and efficiency metrics, including session completion rates and documentation accuracy.
• Develop the product-side of the clinical safety framework, including guardrails and escalation pathways.
• Build feedback loops to surface safety signals from care delivery into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in internal tooling, clinical operations, or workflow-oriented products.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Comfort working on AI-assisted features or workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide product decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the USA

• Experience in digital health, telehealth, or care delivery platforms.
• Exposure to healthcare compliance, clinical quality frameworks, or patient safety standards.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or value-based care contexts.
