Salary: $165,000 – $205,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Food Access & Benefits pod, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Translate complex operational workflows and multi-party requirements into scalable, well-defined product capabilities.
• Design the member experience to turn logistically burdensome processes into moments of delight.
• Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations to define the systems architecture for benefit programs.
• Set the overall strategy for the pod while maintaining tight alignment with the CPO and cross-functional leadership.
• Develop the internal tools and workflows relied upon by Client Success, Partnerships, and Clinical Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically within B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Proven track record of launching net-new products or service lines in complex operational environments.
• Direct experience collaborating with Implementation, Operations, or Client Success teams.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled product development processes and tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with benefits management platforms, employer health benefits, or government health program operations.
• Exposure to food retail, food ordering, or supply chain partnerships within a digital or consumer health context.
