What you will do
- Develop and implement a regional pay and compensation philosophy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage the regional Short-Term Incentive (STI) program and develop specific incentive structures.
- Oversee the administration of the 401k program, including vendor negotiations and performance tracking.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job architecture analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal laws regarding compensation and benefit programs.
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to communicate policies and support performance management strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in C&B, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of compensation and benefit programs within industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
- Significant experience with 401k and medical coverage programs.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time to meet regional leadership and staff.
