What you will do
- Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, retirement, and wellness, and lead annual open enrollment.
- Manage total rewards, conducting compensation benchmarking and pay equity reviews to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
- Lead HR operational processes, including employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS optimization, and reporting audits.
- Administer performance management programs, focusing on goal setting, coaching, and talent development.
- Manage leave administration (FMLA, ADA) and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Lead and develop HR team members, establishing clear priorities and performance expectations to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or performance management.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong working knowledge of employee benefits administration, leave management, and employment law compliance.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CEBS.
- Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-state employers.
- Specific expertise in compensation administration and total rewards programs.
