What you will do

• Lead a global revenue accounting team through monthly and quarterly close cycles, ensuring IFRS compliance.
• Own the end-to-end order-to-cash accounting process and manage the NetSuite ARM module.
• Establish and maintain revenue recognition policies for subscription and consumption-based models.
• Provide technical accounting conclusions and policy guidance based on IFRS 15/ASC 606.
• Drive the adoption of automation and AI to scale revenue operations and increase efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding all revenue matters.

Requirements

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in revenue accounting.
• Must be based remotely in the US (EST time zone).
• Deep expertise in IFRS 15/ASC 606 across complex subscription and consumption models.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ARM or equivalent enterprise revenue systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• BA/BS degree in Accounting.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with PE-backed company environments and sponsor reporting.
• Familiarity with close management platforms such as FloQast or BlackLine.
