TL;DR

Partner Account Manager (Fintech): Developing and scaling referral networks with tech partners, brokers, and financial advisors to expand retirement plan access for SMBs with an accent on lead generation and strategic partnership growth. Location: Must be based in Arkansas with an expectation to be in the field 3 days/week.

Salary: $135,000–$140,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM providers, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors.
  • Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve operational issues.
  • Work with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute unique initiatives like webinars and educational events.
  • Establish business goals and performance metrics to drive revenue and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Arkansas and able to travel in the field 3 days/week.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or territory sales within the SMB space.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales cycles.
