TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Managing core customer relationships and driving expansion and renewals for a financial data platform with an accent on sales strategy and client satisfaction. Focus on identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, and executing consultative product demonstrations.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY, United States. This role is onsite 5 days a week.

Salary: $115,500 base + $45,000 target variable commission.

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of core clients to achieve quarterly sales and retention goals.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand the user base within existing accounts.
  • Develop long-term account strategies and execution plans to increase engagement over a multi-year horizon.
  • Conduct consultative product demonstrations to highlight how the platform addresses specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to strategize on account retention and growth.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and pipeline using Salesforce, Catalyst, and Tableau.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM for forecasting and client interaction records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
