TL;DR

Inside Sales Team Lead (SMB): Managing and coaching a team of full-cycle sales representatives to acquire new food merchants in the US with an accent on sales coaching and pipeline optimization. Focus on scaling merchant acquisition, improving sales conversion through data analysis, and developing high-performing sales talent.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 base + 25% bonus

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a fast-growing team of full-cycle inside sales representatives.
  • Lead the team to exceed targets by coaching cold calls and improving selling skills.
  • Oversee pipeline management and optimize general sales processes for the SMB segment.
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Establish clear expectations and lead tough performance and behavior conversations.
  • Provide ambitious and accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City.
  • 1+ years of experience as a sales manager leading teams to exceed targets.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets in SMB full-cycle sales.
  • Expertise in value and solution selling.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
