Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + equity

What you will do

• Build the data and reporting layer for People and Talent, translating workforce data into narratives for leadership.
• Lead AI enablement by identifying and implementing AI tools to optimize internal functional workflows.
• Drive strategic projects across recognition, HR systems, and other ambiguous functional initiatives.
• Architect the employee recognition strategy and compensation infrastructure, including band modeling and benchmarking.
• Define and document internal People and Talent operations to ensure scalability as the company grows.
• Serve as the primary expert for employee queries regarding benefits, immigration, and payroll.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience across compensation, HRIS, or analytics.
• Must be commutable to the New York City headquarters.
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and deep fluency with HRIS and BI tools.
• Proven ability to actively use AI tools to enhance work quality and speed.
• Excellent written communication skills for producing crisp documentation and frameworks.
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment where strategy and execution overlap.
