What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for global benefits strategy, payroll processing, and compensation program management.
• Design and implement competitive global benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Own the annual compensation planning process, including salary benchmarking, merit cycles, and equity administration.
• Oversee global job leveling and career architecture frameworks to ensure organizational equity.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to maintain compliance with international and local regulations.
• Evaluate and optimize People Operations systems and workflows for organizational scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in People Operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of executing payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies.
• Strong working knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday and ADP.
• Advanced Excel skills for analytics, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Must be based in the United States.
