Salary: $200,000 - $330,000 per year

What you will do
- Define and scale the AI in HR vision to optimize decision-making and employee outcomes.
- Deploy AI-driven initiatives including talent analytics, personalized learning, and predictive workforce planning.
- Establish practical AI governance models to ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI in HR.
- Provide strategic oversight for the global HRIS portfolio, with a primary emphasis on Workday.
- Build and lead high-performing teams of AI, HR analytics, and digital transformation specialists.
- Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of new AI solutions and HRIS functionalities.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in HR, with a significant focus on HR technology and digital transformation.
- Expertise in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Compensation) is mandatory.
- Proven track record of implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions within an HR environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; the company will not sponsor employment visas.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications in Workday or People Analytics.
- Experience with other HR platforms such as SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Background in organizational design or workforce transformation.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in AI and digital HR.
