Salary: $126,000 — $173,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and evolve a tiered shared services model (Tier 1 & Tier 2) including case management, SLAs, and escalation frameworks.
- Optimize end-to-end People Operations processes, targeting a 20–40% reduction in manual work.
- Leverage Workday HCM and ServiceNow to implement AI-driven automation and self-service capabilities.
- Analyze ticketing data and operational metrics to deliver actionable dashboards and drive data-informed decisions.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives such as process redesign, system implementations, and M&A integration.
- Ensure all People Operations processes comply with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in People Operations, HR shared services, or operational excellence roles.
- Deep expertise in tiered HR service delivery models, including case management and SLA adherence.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Proven application of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies in HR environments.
- Strong fluency in AI and automation, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong understanding of U.S. federal employment laws and compliance (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
