Salary: $120K – $173K

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end Professional Services sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Identify and qualify service opportunities using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects to position services that accelerate customer adoption.
- Architect tailored service proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with technical and business goals.
- Lead customer discovery and scope assessment workshops to translate requirements into impactful service designs.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technical leaders to influence their API strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in Professional Services sales for enterprise technology solutions.
- Expertise in developing outcome-based service proposals and SOWs.
- Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and conduct scope assessments.
- Strong command of sales processes, business case development, and ROI justification.
- Experience with Open Source, APIs, or Infrastructure technologies.
- Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chicago.
