PS Sales Consultant (API): Driving the adoption and value realization of hirify.global’s API and AI connectivity platform by architecting professional services solutions with an accent on enterprise technology positioning. Focus on managing the end-to-end PS sales lifecycle, developing outcome-based Statements of Work (SOW), and leading customer discovery workshops.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, United States)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end Professional Services sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.
  • Identify and qualify service opportunities using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects to position services that accelerate customer adoption.
  • Architect tailored service proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with technical and business goals.
  • Lead customer discovery and scope assessment workshops to translate requirements into impactful service designs.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior business and technical leaders to influence their API strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in Professional Services sales for enterprise technology solutions.
  • Expertise in developing outcome-based service proposals and SOWs.
  • Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and conduct scope assessments.
  • Strong command of sales processes, business case development, and ROI justification.
  • Experience with Open Source, APIs, or Infrastructure technologies.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity in Chicago.
