What you will do
- Audit and optimize the website to bridge gaps across product, features, and industry pages.
- Define and execute a roadmap for new page creation, balancing marketing needs with technical health.
- Translate product positioning into compelling, web-native experiences in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to launch, collaborating with Design and Engineering.
- Analyze page performance using analytics and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement and conversion.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Web Product Manager or in a Digital Experience role within B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing high-traffic marketing websites.
- Strong understanding of web design, UX, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge marketing strategy, design, and technical feasibility.

- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong eye for design.
- Prior experience measuring growth metrics like MQLs, sign-ups, and pipeline contribution.
