What you will do

• Ensure the dealership meets unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Sell financing, insurance products, and extended warranties to customers to generate additional revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various factory and independent finance sources.
• Develop monthly and yearly forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Provide on-the-job training for salespeople and conduct regular sales meetings.
• Review and verify all paperwork for correct title, lien information, and taxes.

Requirements

• Degree or commensurate experience in finance.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) procedures.
• Previous professional sales experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug tests, and credit reports.
• Valid driver license.
