What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of the enterprise financial model, integrating commercial, operational, and capital investment assumptions.
• Develop scenario analyses to evaluate growth strategies, manufacturing capacity investments, and financing alternatives.
• Maintain detailed KPI models tied to manufacturing performance to identify levers for margin optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify strategic risks, evaluate business assumptions, and recommend improvements for long-term performance.
• Drive alignment between long-term strategic objectives, annual operating plans, and capital allocation priorities.
• Serve as the finance lead on high-priority initiatives, including facility expansions and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Elite financial modeling skills and the ability to convey insights to non-technical executives.
• Experience turning ambiguity into structured, defensible assumptions to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing capital-intensive manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with the Aerospace & Defense GTM cycle, including program-based pricing and contracting.
• Proficiency with ERPs (e.g., Oracle) and financial planning tools (e.g., Datarails).
• Experience supporting board, investor, or fundraising activities.
