What you will do
- Roll out and drive adoption of AI-powered sales automation solutions across the partner ecosystem.
- Design and refine AI-assisted workflows, including discovery preparation, qualification frameworks, and proposal generation.
- Conduct sales workshops and coaching sessions on value selling, competitive positioning, and pipeline management.
- Create scalable enablement content and learning paths, including AI sales training and seller playbooks.
- Analyze funnel performance (MQL to SQL, win rates, velocity) and deliver actionable productivity recommendations.
- Facilitate peer learning and represent the company at partner events and workshops.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or channel-driven ecosystems.
- Proven experience conducting sales coaching, enablement, or productivity programs.
- Fluency in practical AI applications, including prompt engineering, custom GPTs, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, funnel management, and productivity metrics (win rate, velocity).
- Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation capabilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
