Salary: $160,000–$180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead GTM strategy for multi-location service businesses, focusing on positioning and differentiation.
• Develop a hybrid growth funnel combining PLG motions with direct sales.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Ops to define ICP and success metrics like ACV and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify upmarket pain points.
• Create sales collateral, case studies, and channel assets for acquisition.
• Influence the product roadmap based on customer insights and market gaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven track record of taking a company into a larger customer segment.
• Deep expertise in sales enablement and competitive positioning.
• Experience building with AI and a demonstrated point of view on its application in PMM.
• Must be based in New York, NY to be commutable to the office.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and communication abilities.
