What you will do

• Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling the GTM team.
• Drive GTM campaigns and product launches to increase awareness and self-service adoption.
• Craft technical messaging and positioning for AI/ML engineers and enterprise executive buyers.
• Optimize the self-serve funnel from activation through expansion using product data.
• Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for self-service and enterprise customers.
• Create technical marketing content and support sales enablement through pitch decks and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-growth early-stage environments.
• Proven track record of taking full ownership from strategy through execution.
• Experience using AI tools to amplify personal output and program quality.

Nice to have

• Experience building a PMM function from scratch at an early-stage startup.
• Background in marketing AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products.
• Proficiency with marketing tooling including Salesforce, Attio, Arcade, Storylane, Google Analytics, PostHog, Clay, and Hex.
