What you will do

• Define and drive product requirements for the Smart Investigate application.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to influence product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Architects, and development teams to deliver world-class software solutions.
• Liaise across organizational functions to ensure successful product market entry and client success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business/Solution Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of commercial payment exceptions and the cross-border payments domain.
• Experience designing and leading the development of Gen AI-powered or enabled business solutions.
• 3+ years in project leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI productivity tools.
• Track record of delivering mission-critical technology solutions within operations, solution vendors, or consultancy services in the Payments domain.
