What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Lead complex compensation negotiations including commissions and variable pay structures
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the ATS
Requirements
- 4–8 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing
- Strong understanding of sales compensation and incentive plans
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive hiring decisions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, Georgia for hybrid work
