What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, assessments, offers) for various non-technical functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
  • Execute recruiting operations, tracking progress and proactively communicating status updates and risks.
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience with timely communication and structured feedback loops.
  • Monitor funnel health and use pipeline metrics to identify trends and suggest search improvements.
  • Integrate AI tools, such as ChatGPT, into recruiting workflows to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for multiple non-technical functions (e.g., Business, Marketing, Design, People).
  • Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
  • Experience using recruiting data (pipeline metrics, conversion rates) to inform search strategies.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire, and Guide.
  • Comfortable experimenting with and building workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain alignment with hiring partners.

  • Experience recruiting across both non-technical and technical functions.
  • Background recruiting for tech, startups, or high-growth companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the current hiring landscape, trends, and sourcing platforms.
