What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, assessments, offers) for various non-technical functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview plans, and timelines.
- Execute recruiting operations, tracking progress and proactively communicating status updates and risks.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience with timely communication and structured feedback loops.
- Monitor funnel health and use pipeline metrics to identify trends and suggest search improvements.
- Integrate AI tools, such as ChatGPT, into recruiting workflows to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for multiple non-technical functions (e.g., Business, Marketing, Design, People).
- Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
- Experience using recruiting data (pipeline metrics, conversion rates) to inform search strategies.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, Brighthire, and Guide.
- Comfortable experimenting with and building workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to maintain alignment with hiring partners.
