Salary: $53,709 - $66,000

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume blue-collar roles in production and light industrial sectors.
• Conduct job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
• Screen and evaluate applicant qualifications through ATS and phone interviews.
• Prepare and coach candidates for interviews, ensuring timely updates on application status.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptances.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be based near or within commutable distance to Garner, NC.
• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Workday.
• Strong familiarity with Manufacturing, Light Industrial, or Production environments.
