TL;DR

Location: On-site in New York City (NYC)

Salary: $75,000 base with $115,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Generate new business by prospecting middle-market businesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Sales teams to align banking products with client needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Attend networking events and industry forums to expand professional visibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle B2B sales professional.
  • Proven track record selling business banking or credit card products to SMBs/Middle-Market (revenues $20m+).
  • Deep local market network in NYC.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
