Salary: $75,000 base with $115,000 OTE

What you will do
- Generate new business by prospecting middle-market businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Sales teams to align banking products with client needs.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Attend networking events and industry forums to expand professional visibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle B2B sales professional.
- Proven track record selling business banking or credit card products to SMBs/Middle-Market (revenues $20m+).
- Deep local market network in NYC.
- Experience managing complex sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
