TL;DR

Internal Sales Representative (Fintech): Managing and nurturing relationships with dealer partners across North America to increase funded deals with an accent on consultative sales and dealer onboarding. Location: On-site in Las Vegas, NV

Salary: Approximately $50,000 annually in the first year; target 2nd year income $80,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Present and communicate company products and services to management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships.
  • Identify sales prospects and execute follow-ups on new leads and referrals.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with current and potential dealer partners within the automotive community.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with partners via phone and email regarding current programs.
  • Train dealers on required documentation to ensure the fast funding of contracts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • Must be based in the US and comfortable working in an office-based environment.
  • High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
  • Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.
