Salary: Base $40,000+; Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000+

What you will do

• Prospect and run sales presentations in person and over the phone for small to mid-sized businesses.
• Close deals within a fast sales cycle by demonstrating the Payments Platform and value proposition.
• Upsell existing clients on additional hirify.global products and services.
• Manage lead generation and client records using CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to set appointments through networking and referral partnerships.
• Maintain production requirements to achieve quotas and attend regular team meetings.

Requirements

• Must live in the San Diego, California area.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and networking skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
