What you will do

• Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts and task order business for the Advanced Weapons portfolio.
• Promote products and services to prospective customers and perform detailed cost-benefit and needs analyses.
• Establish and maintain high-level business relationships with customers and partners across the United States.
• Develop strategic capture plans and coordinate sales efforts across various internal departments.
• Analyze market potential and gather intelligence on customer needs and competitive activities.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• Must be capable of obtaining a Secret level security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in Aerospace and Defense, specifically in Program Management, Business Capture, or Sales.
• Deep knowledge of the US government budget process and government procurement policies.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline; MBA is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps rocket, missile, and artillery systems.
