Compensation: $115,700 - $150,500

What you will do
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Perform time studies, work measurements, and labor utilization analyses.
- Design and improve facility layouts, workstation arrangements, and material flow processes.
- Develop capacity models and support production planning activities.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Operations Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience (or 6 with a Master's / 3 with a PhD).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience in labor studies, line balancing, and facility layout design.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Nice to have
- Experience in defense manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and process control methods.
- Experience with simulation software or facility layout tools.
