Salary: $79/hr - $98/hr (W2)

What you will do

• Lead hardware design and development for critical defense systems.
• Manage the transition of designs into production and provide ongoing support.
• Utilize 3D CAD tools for detailed mechanical design and product data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration.
• Support program execution and technical documentation requirements.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for security clearance purposes.
• Active Secret Security clearance issued by the Department of Defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 5-10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with 3D CAD design tools.
• Proven experience in concept definition and production support.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic assemblies and power distribution equipment packaging.
• Prior leadership experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in a teaming environment.
