What you will do

• Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Guide users through product features and identify their specific needs.
• Maintain internal databases by documenting technical issues and customer discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by sharing feature requests and customer feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Customer Support role.
• Proficient spoken and written English and Lithuanian language skills.
• Possibility to work full-time.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cars and their parts.
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
