What you will do

• Communicate with international clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries.
• Advise clients on e-commerce and financial service offerings.
• Review and activate e-commerce project applications.
• Verify new client identities and manage system registrations.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to optimize daily workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Russian required.
• Excellent computer literacy and fast typing skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attentiveness and accuracy in data entry.
• Must be based in Lithuania.
• Experience with AI tools for task automation is highly valued.
