Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (onsite 2-3 times per week). Must have the permanent legal right to work in Lithuania; no visa sponsorship provided.

Salary: from 2,100 EUR gross per month + Polish language bonus

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Resolve account and payment enquiries using established policies and product knowledge.
• Drive First Contact Resolution (FCR) to meet service and productivity targets.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient end-to-end business outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and process gaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or contact center environments.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish language (required).
• Permanent legal right to work in Lithuania (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to follow complex procedures and apply judgment to resolve multi-step issues.
• Proficiency in standard business systems and tools.
