What you will do

• Deliver customer service support via email and telephone calls.
• Consult and provide technical support for electronic payment devices.
• Guide customers through the installation process of payment hardware.
• Assist cardholders in cases of card loss.
• Monitor and perform troubleshooting for ATMs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (On-site)
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
• Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to work in 8 and 12-hour shifts (e.g., 07:00-16:00, 12:00-21:00).
• Analytical thinking and capacity to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer support within the payment industry is preferred.
