Location: On-site in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: €1,500–€1,700 (gross) per month

What you will do
- Deliver customer service support via email and telephone calls.
- Consult and provide technical support for electronic payment devices.
- Guide customers through the installation process of payment hardware.
- Assist cardholders in cases of card loss.
- Monitor and perform troubleshooting for ATMs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (On-site)
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
- Strong computer skills, specifically MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to work in 8 and 12-hour shifts (e.g., 07:00-16:00, 12:00-21:00).
- Analytical thinking and capacity to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer support within the payment industry is preferred.
