What you will do

• Prescreen and review new orders to establish firm ship dates based on construction building schedules.
• Manage the end-to-end Order Management process, identifying and removing barriers that may delay project schedules.
• Create and maintain production schedules to optimize manufacturing resources and meet customer demand.
• Prepare accurate and timely release orders to suppliers to ensure equipment delivery aligns with contract timelines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, branch, and sales staff to ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
• Process jobs within defined service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely shipping.

Requirements

• High School or Technical School diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
• 1+ years of related work experience, preferably in the construction field.
• Experience in project coordination within construction or architectural environments.
• Strong customer service abilities and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including architectural drawings and elevator layouts.
