What you will do
- Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for service calls and contracts.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service contract renewals.
- Handle customer communication and support certified agents and partners.
- Maintain and update installed base data and project documentation.
- Process warranty claims and manage purchase orders.
- Support financial and administrative tasks related to LCS operations.
Requirements
- Must be a Malaysia citizen.
- Diploma graduate or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in order handling, invoicing, or customer service in an international environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules.
- Fluent in English and Malay (speaking and writing).
- Ability to accommodate Australian working hours/time zone, which may require early starts.
