What you will do

• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for service calls and contracts.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service contract renewals.
• Handle customer communication and support hirify.global certified agents and partners.
• Maintain and update installed base data and project documentation.
• Process warranty claims and manage purchase orders.
• Support financial and administrative tasks related to LCS operations.

Requirements

• Must be a Malaysia citizen.
• Diploma graduate or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in order handling, invoicing, or customer service in an international environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP modules.
• Fluent in English and Malay (speaking and writing).
• Ability to accommodate Australian working hours/time zone, which may require early starts.
