Location: Onsite at the Singapore office/factory (West Region)

What you will do

  • Monitor, collect, and sort incoming rebar documentation from suppliers and customers to issue work orders.
  • Maintain and update production data accurately within the internal system.
  • Manage worker timesheets, overtime calculations, and dormitory-related matters.
  • Coordinate mandatory worker training (Multiskill, Coretrade, CSOC, OFAC) and handle clinic appointments.
  • Process work permit applications, renewals, and assist with air ticket arrangements.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related discipline.
  • Experience in report/document writing and hands-on operational tasks (advantage).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in a multinational, multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of awareness regarding Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Singapore factory located at 10 Benoi Sector.
