What you will do

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Analyze production data to support the Planning Manager and guide procurement for raw material supply.
• Manage order intake and delivery systems to facilitate timely invoicing.
• Maintain production schedules and report on work-in-process and raw material inventory.
• Collaborate with shop floor management, R&D, and Finance to resolve manufacturing efficiency issues.
• Organize and lead job planning meetings to address issues before deployment on the floor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Planning or Manufacturing (considered an asset).
• Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Zejtun, Malta
