Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Establish the Drivetrain Brake Mechatronics team to align machine programs with technology requirements.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and validation of control software and algorithms for brake systems.
• Manage legacy business technologies to ensure continued reliability and compliance.
• Apply systems engineering principles to balance performance, durability, robustness, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional mechanical, electrical, and software teams for system integration.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and establish best practices for controls development and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Computer, Systems, or Ag Engineering.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for domestic relocation.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Experience in lower powertrain component design and machine brake control systems.
• Proficiency in computer-aided controls systems development and product testing.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, decision-making, and project management.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with machine performance and system integration delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with multiple process partners.
