Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio (3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Manage delinquent customer accounts using skip-tracing, written correspondence, and phone contact.
  • Monitor the aging of customer receivables and take corrective action to resolve balances on a timely basis.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues concerning billing and settlement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress.
  • Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity.
  • Support other accounting functions as the need arises.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from the Cincinnati, Ohio office (Hybrid).
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) operations is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Billing/Collections software.

Nice to have

  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous professional experience specifically in collections.
