What you will do

• Act as a team lead for Collections Coordinator roles.
• Perform collections outreach for a portfolio of $40M+ to exceed goals and lower DSO.
• Research and reconcile misapplied or unapplied cash.
• Document all collections efforts accurately within the Netsuite financial system.
• Review customers' financial positions and credit-worthiness using various tools.
• Collaborate with Billing and Sales departments to resolve customer issues timely.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• 2-3 years of strong cash application and credit card experience.
• College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
