What you will do

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms, company policies, and tax requirements.
• Monitor invoice delivery through various channels including email, customer portals, and EDI.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and pricing issues.
• Produce regular financial reporting, including AR aging, cash forecast inputs, and invoice status tracking.
• Drive process standardization and automation using SAP S/4HANA, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and LEAN methodology.
• Manage collections to maintain overdue balances below 90 days and proactively schedule customer payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.
• At least two years of collections experience within a publicly traded company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP), Microsoft Office, S/4HANA, and RPA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
