What you will do

• Provide prompt customer service to dealerships and internal customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage daily administration of receivable and dealer-facing systems.
• Perform collections on upcoming and past due payments.
• Handle set-up and maintenance for floorplan credit lines and assist in the take-out process from prior lenders.
• Train dealership customers and internal staff on floorplan standards and system usage.
• Utilize AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to support research, summarization, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• Effective keyboarding and customer service skills.
• Experience working within an AI-enabled environment.

Nice to have

• 0-2 years of previous experience in commercial lending.
• Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree.
