What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of 30–75 property management clients, driving engagement and adoption.
- Lead onboarding, success check-ins, and account health reviews aligned to customer goals.
- Partner closely with Sales to drive customer retention and account expansion.
- Analyze account trends to proactively mitigate risk and develop success plans.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to increase value and surface testimonials.
- Take full ownership of projects and initiatives from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Professional experience in SaaS, hardware, or technology environments.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong skills in driving product adoption and measuring ROI.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Irvine, CA office.
