Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute tailored customer success plans to drive product adoption and retention.
- Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful launch.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks to evaluate customer satisfaction.
- Provide consultative insights and best practices to help customers maximize platform value.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
- Manage renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with strategic customers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices.

- Experience with CRM or customer success tools such as Vitally.
